HAVAL WARRANTY COVERAGE

Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc. warrants brand new Haval vehicles against defective parts and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Valid warranty claim repairs will be fixed at no cost to you. The liability of Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc. is limited to the repair and / or replacement of defective parts and workmanship. By signing this document, you accept and agree to all terms and conditions stipulated in this warranty booklet.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

All hybrid electric and gasoline-powered Haval vehicles must be initially serviced on its 1st year or after 10,000 kms, whichever comes first. Succeeding services have an interval of 1 year or 15,000 kms, whichever comes first. Haval vehicles operating under extreme conditions (security, industrial, mining vehicles and those in the same nature)  must be serviced every 5,000 kms.

EFFECTIVITY DATE

The manufacturer’s warranty period shall be in effect from the date your vehicle was released from the dealership.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To ensure maximum utilization of your Haval warranty coverage during the manufacturer’s warranty period, there are parts which are subject to wear and tear, and is your responsibility to replace as needed. The replacement or repair of such parts will be under your account. Installation of non-genuine parts and accessories or any non-approved modifications will result to the cancellation of the manufacturer’s warranty.

WARRANTY DISPUTE

Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc. reserves the right to amend the warranty, maintenance schedule, and related items pertaining to the warranty policy and procedure, without prior notification. Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc. will make the final judgement in the event of a warranty dispute between you and the company. The decision made by Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc. will be deemed as final and binding to you.

ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, UNDERCHASSIS, OTHER COMPONENTS

Your brand new Haval vehicle is covered against defects for 10 years or 1,000,000 kms, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified. The warranty will automatically become null and void given the following scenarios :

  • Failure to follow the Preventive Maintenance Schedule stated in this Warranty Booklet
  • Failure to have the car serviced by an Authorized Service Center whether for preventive maintenance or light repairs
  • Modification of key component parts that may have led to triggering or accelerating the deterioration of parts and performance
  • Alteration of the vehicle’s odometer reading
  • Use and replacement of non-genuine parts and accessories
  • Consistent or frequent exposure to harsh environments that may have led to triggering or accelerating rust and corrosion or perforation such as uncovered parking areas, nearby body of saltwater, within close proximity to industrial, mining, and other high-pollution areas

The following scenarios are not covered by the warranty :

  • Failure due to use of incorrect type and / or rating of fuel, oil, fluid, lubricant, and / or other liquids that circulate within the vehicle’s key components and systems
  • Air conditioning refrigerant refill
  • Speakers

PAINT WORK, RUST AND CORROSION, PERFORATION

Your Haval vehicle is covered against paint work defects, rust and corrosion, and perforation for 3 years or 100,000 kms, whichever comes first, and is subject for paint and corrosion inspection every 6 months.

The warranty will automatically become null and void given the following scenarios :

  • Failure to present the vehicle to an Authorized Body and Paint Shop for paint and corrosion inspection every 6 months
  • Failure to have a dent, scratch, or other external body damages repaired immediately by an Authorized Body and Paint Shop which may have led to triggering or accelerating rust and corrosion or perforation
  • Repair of a dent, scratch, or other external body damages by an unauthorized body and paint shop
  • Consistent or frequent exposure to harsh environments that may have led to triggering or accelerating rust and corrosion or perforation such as uncovered parking areas, nearby body of saltwater, within close proximity to industrial, mining, and other high-pollution areas
  • Modification of external body parts and / or panel to accommodate other accessories
  • Failure to follow the Preventive Maintenance Schedule stated in this Warranty Booklet
  • Failure to have the car serviced by an Authorized Service Center whether for preventive maintenance or light repairs
  • Use and replacement of non-genuine parts and accessories

The following scenarios are not covered by the warranty :

  • Any damage to the exterior paint or clear coat of the vehicle after leaving dealer premises on the day of vehicle release
  • Any damage caused by a minor or major accident
  • Any damage caused by regular usage of the vehicle such as dents, scratches, stone chips, etc.
  • Paint, glass, and mirror surface damage caused by non-dealer approved chemicals, industrial fall-out, bird droppings or water stains
  • Any damage caused by or related to the bodywork modifications including the fitting of vehicle accessories
  • Dome of the vehicle

ACCIDENT DAMAGE

Haval vehicle warranty does not cover any accident or consequential damage. Should you be involved in an accident and the vehicle has been repaired by an accredited body and paint shop, it is compulsory to have the vehicle inspected by an Authorized Service Center after the repair and must be recorded in this booklet. Vehicle repair inspection must be done within 30 days from the date of release from the body and paint shop.

  • Failure to have the car serviced by an Authorized Service Center whether for preventive maintenance or light repairs
  • Use and replacement of non-genuine parts and accessories

The following scenarios are not covered by the warranty :

  • Any damage to the exterior paint or clear coat of the vehicle after leaving dealer premises on the day of vehicle release
  • Any damage caused by a minor or major accident
  • Any damage caused by regular usage of the vehicle such as dents, scratches, stone chips, etc.
  • Paint, glass, and mirror surface damage caused by non-dealer approved chemicals, industrial fall-out, bird droppings or water stains
